Huberta Pott

Born in Austria in 1964 and the youngest of 9 children. She meets Francesco Bertolini and consequently Faith and Light during her "sabbatical - post high school" year in Rome thanks to her "historic" friend Anna A. After 5 years of travel between Salzburg and Rome, she marries Francesco and they have 4 children. Huberta has been a friend of Faith and Light for 40 years and served for many years as regional coordinator, when all 20 communities of central Italy were still together. In 1994 she begins to collaborate with the Ombre e Luci editorial staff alongside Mariangela Bertolini, Nicole Schultes and Natalia Livi, an experience that was very enriching and formative for her and lasted until 2008. All her children were practically "born" into Faith and Light and live, each in their own way, their own experience at Faith and Light in their own lives. Faith and Light camps, for example, are never missed. For 13 years she has served as interpreter and assistant to the Austrian Ambassador to the Holy See. She founded the San Valentino community which later moved to the Roman parish of San Gaetano and is currently the coordinator of the San Gaetano community.
