Every day I'm prouder of myself. I tell myself that. I'm doing so many wonderful things I love and that make me happy. It's a shame my internship at the American Palace Hotel ended. A month is not enough. I'll go back there as soon as I can. I love working—it's fantastic. When I went back to school, I didn't feel like it on the first day. Five of us did this amazing research project and we did it at my house. I was so happy about that! My classmates came to do the research with me at home. Then on the weekend I went to Montevarchi where my friend Sara Girolami lives. I call Sara every evening and I want to talk to her whole family. First with Giacomo-Jack, who's her older brother and sleeps in his own room but plays futsal and has a girlfriend in Pontassieve. Then Sara and Betta are sisters and they share a bedroom. The parents share a bedroom too: Anna and the amazing Tommaso, number 1.
My birthday is coming up soon. I turn nineteen on January 1st. They're coming from Montevarchi. Then I want to have a party where we can dance. I'm going to call my friends from Castiglione della Pescaia—the ones who played songs in July and August while I danced. They always played Umberto Tozzi songs, and on the 14th I'm going to his concert at the Brancaccio Theater. I go to the theater a lot. I've also seen Lorella Cuccarini and "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers." The theater is wonderful because it's real. I go to the cinema too, but the cinema is less real. I only go because there's a bowling alley nearby and I can eat pizza. On the 17th I'm doing a concert with my choir, the Mani Bianche, and I got a season pass to watch Roma play at the Olimpico Stadium. The best match will be Roma-Empoli because my best friend Duccio Degl'Innocenti plays for Empoli—he's my beach umbrella neighbor. He's the son of Catiuscia and Luciano, brother of Daniele, and grandson of Loretta.
