How the service works:

  1. Qualified users can submit an application to the website with required documentation.

  2. The Center's staff reviews your application within 1–2 business days and activates your account.

  3. You can download audiobooks each year and request custom recordings of texts not in the catalog (textbooks, publications, etc.).
