Masson has published an important new book on autism education, edited by Carlo Hanau. It is the Italian translation of the third volume of Teaching Activities for Autistic Children (TEACCH), written by parents and practitioners and edited by Eric Schopler, Margaret Lansing, and Leslie Waters. This volume follows our earlier Italian publication, Educational Strategies in Autism, which we presented to our readers in 1991 with particular enthusiasm.
The book offers concrete examples of teaching methods for work with autistic individuals. It serves as an invaluable resource for teachers developing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and for parents alike.
