Le professioni della salute

by Giacomina Lapenna, Libreria Internazionale della Famiglia, p.221, lire 4.000
A practical guide to careers in healthcare, of interest to young people, parents, teachers, and others.

Attività ricreative per subnormali

by Barker, Bensberg, Chapman, Dobbins, Duke, and others, Armando Editore, p. 181, lire 2.000
The first part is theoretical, aimed mainly at staff working in institutions. Chapter IV is particularly useful, offering a series of sound advice.
The second part presents 180 games and activities suitable for parents, siblings, friends, and educators—especially those who will be working with a group this summer.

While not exceptional, it is a practical manual packed with activities you can actually use.

Below we suggest several additional books. The first title in each entry is typically aimed at disabled individuals:

Lavori manuali per subnormali. By Neice, Benson, Armando Editore, p.232, lire 2.500.
Facciamoli giocare. By G. Mantecucco Rogledi, Longanesi Compagnia, p.20, lire 1.500.
L'arte delle piccole mani. By Rosa Agazzi, Editrice La Scuola, p.190, lire 2.200.
Lavori in ragia. By Angiolini Adolfa, Editrice La Scuola, p.197, lire 800.
La stampa con le patate. By C.Piantoni, Editrice La Scuola, p.15, lire 300.
La creta per inventare. Kinkaju, Fabbri Editore, p.98, lire 1.000.
