I don't know why they let me do some things and not others. And they keep changing the rules. In the end it just makes me angry. So I started watching a lot of videos on my mom's phone instead of using up my own data. I really like the videos of girls doing gymnastics. They're so good. They do the beam, the bars, and the floor routine too. I love watching them. I used to do rhythmic gymnastics myself, but then they closed everything and nobody even knows if it'll reopen. Probably not. They say the gym is needed for school in the afternoons now. I don't know. Since I don't know anymore what I'm supposed to do or what they're letting me do, I watch television too. I didn't used to. I only watched some basketball games, or volleyball, or water polo with my grandmother. Now I watch movies.
My favorite movie is the one about nuns, and it's called God Help Us. They make me laugh so much. But I wish my friend Sister Marie-Théo from Athletica Vaticana was in the movie too. She's really funny. I promised to invite her to dinner, and I'm going to make her lasagna and pound cake. She's French and I don't know what French people eat. But lasagna is definitely a safe bet. I make it really well. And I use a lot of Parmesan. The secret is the béchamel I make myself. Then I also like watching Young Montalbano on TV. I don't understand it one bit, but the way they talk and the faces they make crack me up.
But nuns are even more fun. With the veil on their heads they look like statues of the Madonna. I think they dress that way because they want to look like the Madonna. I'm not sure if they do. I'm going to ask Sister Marie-Théo when she comes to dinner. Except that's not really her name. She explained to me that "Théo" means "of God." So I always call her Sister Marie-Théo-of-God! All run together! If she belongs to God, you have to say it, right? That's not nothing! She always laughs when I call her that, all run together, and says she's happy because I'm reminding her what her name means. She deserves the lasagna and the pound cake, and I'll cook, serve at the table, then clear everything and wash the dishes, glasses, pots, and silverware. But then she has to be in the movie on TV with the other nuns too.
