Together we seek to educate ourselves, to understand one another better, to make life easier for those around us. It matters that we correct each other, speaking the truth in a way that builds rather than tears down.
The examples that follow apply especially to our relationships with children whose difficult behavior stems from emotional turmoil or mental disturbance, but they hold for all of us.
