Characters: King 33, Sberleffo, the Sovereign of Sovereigns

Story: This is the tale of King 33, ruler of Yemah, who one day received a large package from the Sovereign of Sovereigns. When he opened it, he found a mechanical rooster with a message from the Great Sovereign. The rooster said there was a prize for the people of Yemah—but only if King 33 learned to rule with Justice. He had thirty days, six hours, and one sigh to figure it out. King 33 despaired and climbed to the highest tower. After much thought, he believed that freeing caged animals was ruling with justice. But he was wrong. He tried many other ways. None of them worked.

One day Sberleffo led him through a door, and King 33 found himself on the moon. Beside him stood a little fish and a little bird. They explained how to rule: make sure that everyone lives the life he was born to live.

King 33 then threw a great feast. He had finally learned how to govern as the Sovereign of Sovereigns had asked him to.

This story is wonderful. I loved it because it teaches us to respect every living thing.
