I rushed to the emergency room because my teeth hurt so badly. I cried so much, all night long, and couldn't sleep. The pain was awful. They gave me lots of medicine. But it still hurt. My dad's friend saw my teeth at a bar because I didn't want to go to the dentist. I even had a cappuccino there. She's nice and I opened my mouth, but I wouldn't let her examine me. She's good though, and she figured out I needed to go to the emergency room. So I went. It's called Eastman and it's near the university. There's so much traffic to get there. I went twice. The doctor examined me at the emergency room. But I didn't want to. First I showed the nurse the tooth that hurt. Then the doctor. They said I needed an X-ray but I wouldn't hold still and didn't get it done. Then they told me to come back and I did. It's not nothing that I decided to come back. Because I decided it, what do you think! Another doctor looked at my teeth. Not at the emergency room. He said things needed to be fixed or the pain would come back. I decided it was okay. But he said they'd call me in six months. And anyway I was in a hurry because I had to go to work. I don't have time to waste talking! I went and worked fine. So far there's no pain, but I hope it doesn't come back. I really, really don't like going to the doctor. I don't want to. And anyway, it's my choice if I go to the doctor. I'm grown up. If the doctor hurts me, I get up and I leave. That's it. Me. I always brush my teeth and I rinse too. Then I'm careful not to eat the things they told me not to eat. The tooth that hurts is on the lower right. That's why I'm so clever and chew on the upper left. And I decide to chew on the upper left.
