Every movement, if it is to remain grounded in reality, needs some practical organization. But it is crucial that this organization always serve the people and never strangle the spirit that animates the movement.
To ensure the right attitude in helping and respecting one another among the three components of the community, some people must commit themselves to staying true to the spirit and goals expressed in the «Charter» of the international Faith and Light movement.
For this reason, at every level—from the local community to the regional, national, and international levels—there are coordinators. They never work alone. Instead, they are surrounded by a team made up of parents, friends, and, when possible, a priest. This team listens to the needs of all community members, prepares meetings and activities, and works to keep alive the energy and unity that bind together the Faith and Light family.
