Federico is a member of the Fede e Luce community in San Gregorio, Rome. He's also a master of meatballs, and he's decided to share his recipe for a classic, delicious version.
Ingredients:
- 300g ground meat
- 200g sausage
- 3 slices white bread
- 100ml milk
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan
- 2 eggs
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing and kneading thoroughly. Shape into meatballs and coat the outside with breadcrumbs. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a convection oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
