How?
The reports we received tell similar stories, and we cannot publish them all due to space constraints. Some things are easier to live than to describe!
The article that came to us from Milan seems to capture, in a wonderful way, what united us all through this past summer.
Note: We find it unpleasant to list specific data and names of those who attended the Fede e Luce camps. Yet we feel it is right to show what was lived together during the summer.
The children and young people in difficult circumstances who participated in the various camps were almost all unable to attend holiday programs organized by other centers or associations. (Some because their needs were too complex.)
We share these reports:
- to encourage others to start similar initiatives
- to thank those who helped us
- to remind people that in summer we can "take a holiday" in a new way—one that is fun and helps those who otherwise would have no holiday at all.
